Richard Marcus, our prinicpal, is a strategic leader with over two decades of experience driving transformation across the charitable and community sectors.His work spans strategic planning, governance reform, system transformation, stakeholder engagement, and data-led impact measurement. He has delivered cross-functional initiatives that strengthen operational effectiveness, boost fundraising performance, and enhance organisational culture. With a Master’s in Community Leadership and an alumni of Windsor Leadership programme, he brings a values-driven, growth mindset — helping mission-led organisations thrive and better serve their communities.
